County Cleaners at 4256 North Carolina 49, Harrisburg, North Carolina.

This cleaners has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Harrisburg wants you to use their small town businesses yet they have horrible service. They are scheduled to close at 1 PM on Saturday. I arrived at 12:57 to pick up a garment that I had dropped off and needed for an event this evening. The woman had already closed and refused to let me in and would not even come to the door. She was extremely rude and continued mumbling something under her breath. I get it that she wanted to get out of there, but if she didn't want to stay until one then they should not advertise that they will close at one. I would recommend going anyplace except for here. I should have gotten a clue when I dropped my clothes off to be dry cleaned and the woman would not get off of her cell phone to take my clothes in, rather she held it on her shoulder without really acknowledging me. I am amazed at how they are able to stay in business. I guess good customer service has fallen by the wayside!
